Job Description
Location: Austin, Texas, USA (Remote)
Rate: $60 – $85 per hour
Employment Type: Freelance / Contract (6 months)
Job Overview:
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to support digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create process maps, workflows, and use cases
- Collaborate with developers and QA teams
- Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Identify gaps and recommend process improvements
Requirements:
- 4+ years as a Business Analyst
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
- Experience with Agile delivery environments
- Familiarity with tools such as Visio, Jira, or Lucidchart
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
