We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our core platform product team. You will own the product roadmap from discovery through delivery, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams. Your role involves deep customer research, competitive analysis, and driving the product vision that aligns with our business objectives. You will define OKRs, prioritize the backlog, and ensure successful launches of major features. The ideal candidate has a track record of shipping products that customers love, with strong data-driven decision making skills. You will mentor junior PMs and help establish product best practices across the organization. This is a high-impact role with significant visibility to executive leadership. We value autonomy, strategic thinking, and the ability to balance short-term execution with long-term vision. The team operates in an agile environment with two-week sprints and quarterly planning cycles.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience. Experience with SaaS or B2B platforms. Strong analytical skills and comfort with data tools. Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams. Experience with agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira, Figma, and Amplitude.
