NextWave Solutions is hiring a Business Systems Analyst to support our financial services clients in optimizing their technology systems. You will analyze business processes, identify system gaps, and design solutions that improve operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. This role involves working with banking platforms, core banking systems, and regulatory reporting tools. You will gather requirements from business stakeholders, document functional specifications, and support development and testing teams. Your analysis will inform system configuration, integration design, and data migration strategies. You will also support UAT, create training materials, and assist with change management. The role requires understanding of financial regulations, risk management, and data security. You will work on projects ranging from system upgrades to large-scale digital transformations. This is a client-facing role that offers exposure to multiple financial institutions and career growth into consulting or solution architecture.
Requirements
4+ years of business systems analysis experience in financial services or banking. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or related field. Experience with banking systems (Temenos, FIS, Fiserv, or similar). Strong SQL and data analysis skills. Knowledge of financial regulations (SOX, Basel, AML). Experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and system design. Excellent documentation and communication skills. PMP or CBAP certification preferred.
