Stellar Dynamics is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure and application development projects. You will manage projects involving cloud migration, system modernization, cybersecurity enhancements, and enterprise software deployments. This role requires managing project budgets, timelines, and resources across multiple technical teams. You will work with stakeholders to define project scope, create detailed project plans, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards. Risk management and issue escalation are critical aspects of this role. You will produce executive dashboards, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with IT governance policies. The organization is undergoing significant digital transformation, and you will play a key role in enabling that change. You will also contribute to PMO process improvements, including template development, best practice documentation, and tool optimization. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge technologies and the opportunity to shape enterprise IT strategy.

Requirements

5+ years of IT project management experience. PMP certification required. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security. Experience with agile and traditional project management methodologies. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. Experience with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or Smartsheet). Vendor management and contract negotiation experience. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
