Meridian Corp is seeking an Operations Analyst to optimize our logistics and distribution network. You will analyze operational data, identify bottlenecks, and design solutions that improve efficiency and reduce costs. This role involves working with warehouse management systems, transportation management systems, and ERP platforms. You will build dashboards, conduct root cause analysis, and support process improvement initiatives. The work is hands-on and data-intensive, requiring proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools. You will collaborate with operations managers, warehouse supervisors, and IT teams to implement changes. Your recommendations will directly impact delivery times, inventory accuracy, and cost per shipment. Requirements

2-4 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain analysis. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or related field. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Experience with WMS, TMS, or ERP systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma principles. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
