Summit Ventures is seeking a Process Improvement Analyst to drive operational excellence across our manufacturing facilities. You will analyze current processes, identify waste and inefficiencies, and design improved workflows. This role involves data collection, process mapping, time studies, and root cause analysis. You will work with production teams, quality engineers, and maintenance staff to implement changes. The focus areas include reducing cycle times, improving first-pass yield, and minimizing downtime. You will also support the deployment of Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, including training and certification programs. The role requires a hands-on approach with frequent time on the production floor. You will use statistical tools, simulation software, and ERP data to support your analysis. Requirements

3+ years of experience in process improvement, industrial engineering, or operations. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred. Strong analytical and data analysis skills. Experience with manufacturing processes and ERP systems. Proficiency in Excel, Minitab, or similar statistical tools. Excellent communication and training skills. Ability to work in a shop floor environment. Project management experience is a plus.
