Horizon Labs is seeking a Change Management Consultant to support a large-scale healthcare technology transformation. This is a 12-month contract with a leading hospital system. You will develop and execute change management strategies that ensure successful adoption of new clinical and administrative systems. This includes stakeholder analysis, communication planning, training design, and resistance management. You will work with clinical staff, administrators, and IT teams to understand their concerns and tailor the change approach accordingly. The role requires strong facilitation skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics. You will measure adoption metrics, adjust strategies based on feedback, and report progress to executive sponsors. Experience in healthcare and with large-scale system implementations is highly valued. This contract offers a high hourly rate and the opportunity to work on a mission-critical project that impacts patient care.
Requirements
5+ years of change management experience in healthcare or technology. Prosci or ACMP certification preferred. Experience with large-scale system implementations (EHR, ERP, or clinical systems). Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Experience designing and delivering training programs. Ability to work with clinical and administrative staff. Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, or related field. Experience with change management methodologies and tools. Excellent project management skills.
