Vertex Solutions is hiring a Delivery Manager to oversee the successful execution of our client projects. You will manage a portfolio of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves resource planning, risk management, client relationship management, and team leadership. You will work with project managers, engineering teams, and account managers to align on priorities and resolve issues. The Delivery Manager is responsible for client satisfaction, project profitability, and team development. You will establish delivery standards, create project governance frameworks, and drive process improvements. The role requires a blend of technical understanding, business acumen, and people leadership. You will also contribute to pre-sales activities including scoping, estimation, and proposal development. This is a senior leadership role that offers the opportunity to shape the company's delivery capability and culture.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in project or program delivery, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. PMP or Prince2 certification required. Experience managing software development projects. Strong client relationship management skills. Experience with resource planning and capacity management. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. Experience with agile and traditional methodologies. Financial management and P&L experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
