CoreLink Tech is seeking a Release Manager to orchestrate our software release process. You will manage the end-to-end release lifecycle for our SaaS platform, coordinating multiple engineering teams, QA, DevOps, and customer support. This role involves release planning, environment management, deployment coordination, and post-release validation. You will establish release governance, define rollback procedures, and manage the release calendar. The role requires strong technical understanding of CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation. You will work with teams to improve release frequency while maintaining quality and stability. Communication is critical; you will produce release notes, coordinate communication with stakeholders, and manage incidents related to releases. The platform serves millions of users, so releases must be carefully orchestrated to minimize downtime and risk. This is a high-impact role that sits at the center of our engineering operations.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in release management, DevOps, or software engineering management. Strong technical background with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Experience with incident management and post-mortem processes. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Strong communication and coordination skills. Experience with agile and DevOps practices. ITIL or similar certification is a plus.
