NextWave Solutions is hiring a Portfolio Manager to oversee our strategic project portfolio. You will manage a collection of initiatives that drive business transformation across multiple departments. This role involves portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, financial tracking, and executive reporting. You will work with senior leadership to align the portfolio with business strategy and ensure optimal return on investment. The role requires strong financial acumen, risk management skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. You will establish portfolio governance, define KPIs, and produce dashboards for executive consumption. You will also manage dependencies between projects, resolve resource conflicts, and ensure portfolio-level risks are mitigated. This is a senior leadership role with significant visibility and influence. Experience in financial services or management consulting is highly valued. The ideal candidate is strategic, analytical, and an effective communicator.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in project or program management, with at least 5 years in portfolio management. PMP and PgMP or PfMP certification preferred. Experience in financial services, consulting, or large enterprises. Strong financial modeling and budget management skills. Experience with portfolio management tools and methodologies. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred. Excellent executive communication and presentation skills. Experience with strategic planning and business case development. Strong leadership and influence skills.
