BluePeak Systems is hiring a Requirements Analyst to ensure our products are built on solid, well-defined foundations. You will work with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements for our financial technology platform. This role involves conducting interviews, facilitating workshops, analyzing documents, and creating detailed requirements specifications. You will manage requirements traceability, support change control, and ensure requirements are testable. The role requires understanding of both business and technical domains, with the ability to translate between them. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and QA engineers throughout the development lifecycle. The fintech domain is highly regulated, so compliance and security requirements are a significant part of your work. You will also contribute to process improvements, tool selection, and best practice development. This is a critical role that ensures we build the right product, right.
Requirements
3+ years of requirements analysis experience in software development or fintech. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field. Experience with requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence, DOORS, or similar). Strong analytical and documentation skills. Experience with business process modeling and data modeling. Knowledge of agile and waterfall methodologies. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Experience with regulatory compliance (PCI, SOC2, or similar) is a plus. CBAP or similar certification preferred.
