Catalyst Group is looking for a Workflow Analyst to optimize our internal operations and client delivery processes. You will analyze workflows across project management, client onboarding, billing, and resource allocation. This role involves mapping current processes, identifying bottlenecks, and designing streamlined workflows. You will work with department heads to understand pain points, gather requirements, and implement solutions. The role requires proficiency in workflow automation tools, process modeling software, and data analytics. You will also support the rollout of new tools and systems, including training and change management. The work is highly collaborative and requires strong interpersonal skills. You will produce regular reports on workflow metrics, track improvement initiatives, and present findings to leadership. This role offers exposure to multiple business functions and the opportunity to drive organization-wide efficiency improvements. Requirements
3+ years of workflow or process analysis experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or IT. Experience with workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, or enterprise BPM). Strong data analysis skills. Experience with process modeling and documentation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with project management methodologies. Knowledge of SQL and data visualization tools. Experience with change management and training delivery.
