Horizon Labs is hiring a Digital Business Analyst to support our digital product initiatives. You will work with product teams, marketing, and engineering to define requirements for digital experiences including web, mobile, and emerging platforms. This role involves customer journey mapping, competitive analysis, and user research. You will translate business needs into detailed specifications for developers and designers. The work requires understanding of UX principles, digital analytics, and agile development. You will also support A/B testing, conversion optimization, and personalization initiatives. The role is highly collaborative and requires the ability to work across disciplines. You will produce wireframes, user flows, and detailed documentation. This is a growth-oriented role with opportunities to specialize in product management, UX research, or digital strategy. Requirements

3+ years of digital business analysis or product management experience. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, UX, or related field. Experience with digital analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar). Knowledge of UX principles and design thinking. Experience with agile development and user story writing. Proficiency in wireframing tools (Figma, Balsamiq, or Sketch). Strong communication and collaboration skills. Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization. Marketing or e-commerce experience is a plus.
