NextWave Solutions is seeking a contract Project Coordinator to support multiple client engagements. This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension. You will provide administrative and coordination support to project managers, ensuring projects run smoothly. This includes scheduling meetings, tracking action items, managing project documentation, and producing status reports. You will also assist with resource scheduling, expense tracking, and project tool administration. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders. You will be exposed to a variety of industries and project types, providing a broad learning experience. The consulting environment is fast-paced and requires adaptability. You will work with experienced consultants and project managers who can provide mentorship. Requirements
1-3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related roles. Bachelor's degree in Business or related field. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience with scheduling and calendar management. Attention to detail and accuracy. Experience with document management systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn and adapt.
