Stellar Dynamics is seeking a Growth Product Manager to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention for our consumer platform. You will own the growth product roadmap, running experiments, analyzing funnels, and building features that accelerate user growth. This role requires a mix of product management, marketing, and analytics skills. You will work with growth marketing, data science, and engineering teams to identify growth opportunities and build solutions. The role involves deep funnel analysis, A/B testing, and personalization. You will define growth metrics, build dashboards, and present insights to leadership. The consumer market is competitive, so speed of experimentation and data-driven decision making are critical. You will also manage lifecycle marketing integrations, referral programs, and onboarding flows. This is a high-impact role that directly affects the company's revenue and user base. Requirements

5+ years of product management experience with a focus on growth, engagement, or retention. Strong analytical skills with experience in A/B testing, funnel analysis, and cohort analysis. Experience with growth marketing tools and techniques. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience with consumer products or SaaS. Proficiency in SQL and analytics tools. Experience with personalization and lifecycle marketing. Data-driven and experiment-oriented mindset. Entrepreneurial spirit and bias for action.
