BluePeak Systems is hiring a Product Operations Manager to ensure our product teams operate efficiently and deliver consistently. You will establish processes, tools, and metrics that improve product team productivity and product quality. This role involves managing the product tech stack, standardizing workflows, and producing operational dashboards. You will work with product managers, engineers, and leadership to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions. The role requires understanding of product development processes, agile methodologies, and product management tools. You will also manage the product feedback loop, including customer request triage, bug prioritization, and release coordination. This is a critical role that enables product teams to focus on building great products. You will contribute to hiring, onboarding, and team development. The fintech domain is fast-moving and highly regulated, so operational excellence is essential. We value process improvement, data-driven thinking, and a service-oriented mindset.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or related roles. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or IT. Experience with product management tools (Jira, Productboard, or Aha). Strong process improvement and project management skills. Experience with agile methodologies and metrics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Data analysis skills and comfort with dashboards. Experience with change management. Knowledge of fintech or regulated industries is a plus. PMP or similar certification preferred.
