Catalyst Group is hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale technical initiatives. You will manage programs that span multiple engineering teams and involve complex technical dependencies. This role requires deep technical understanding, strategic planning, and exceptional stakeholder management. You will work with architects, engineers, and product managers to define technical roadmaps, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery. The programs involve infrastructure modernization, platform migrations, and architectural changes that support business growth. You will establish program governance, manage risks, and communicate progress to executive leadership. The role requires balancing technical depth with business acumen and program management expertise. You will also contribute to engineering process improvements, tooling decisions, and team development. This is a senior role that offers the opportunity to shape the technical direction of a growing technology company. Experience with cloud platforms, microservices, and large-scale systems is highly valued.

Requirements

6+ years of technical program management experience in software engineering. Strong technical background with experience in system design, cloud architecture, and distributed systems. Experience managing large-scale technical programs. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred. Experience with agile and DevOps practices. Strong program management and stakeholder management skills. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Knowledge of microservices, containerization, and CI/CD. Excellent communication and leadership skills. PMP or PgMP certification is a plus.
