Summit Ventures is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead our e-commerce platform product. You will own the digital experience for millions of customers, from discovery through checkout. This role requires deep understanding of e-commerce, UX, and digital marketing. You will work with engineering, design, and marketing teams to build features that drive conversion, engagement, and loyalty. The role involves A/B testing, personalization, and optimization of the digital funnel. You will manage the roadmap for web, mobile, and emerging channels. The e-commerce market is highly competitive, so speed, data-driven decision making, and customer obsession are critical. You will also work with merchandising, supply chain, and customer service to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience. This is a high-impact role with significant revenue responsibility. Requirements

5+ years of product management experience in e-commerce, digital, or consumer products. Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics, conversion optimization, and digital marketing. Experience with A/B testing and personalization tools. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience with web and mobile product development. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Experience with agile development. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
