Stellar Dynamics is hiring a Program Manager to oversee our satellite communication programs. You will manage multiple related projects that deliver next-generation communication solutions for government and commercial clients. This role requires strategic planning, cross-functional leadership, and deep technical understanding of aerospace systems. You will coordinate engineering, manufacturing, testing, and deployment activities across multiple sites. The Program Manager serves as the primary customer interface, ensuring contractual obligations are met and managing change requests. You will develop program budgets, forecasts, and resource plans. Risk management and issue resolution are critical components of this role. You will lead program reviews, manage subcontractor relationships, and ensure compliance with ITAR and other regulatory requirements. This is a leadership position that offers the chance to contribute to cutting-edge technology in the space industry.

Requirements

7+ years of program or project management experience in aerospace, defense, or related technical field. Experience managing large-scale programs with budgets exceeding $10M. PMP or PgMP certification required. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; Master's preferred. US citizenship required due to ITAR restrictions. Experience with Earned Value Management and government contracting. Strong leadership and communication skills.
