BluePeak Systems, a rapidly growing fintech startup, is seeking a Product Owner to drive our payments platform. You will work in a fast-paced agile environment, translating business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria. Your day-to-day involves close collaboration with the engineering team during sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. You will maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring the team always works on the highest-value items. Customer feedback is central to your process; you will analyze usage data, conduct user interviews, and iterate quickly based on insights. The payments domain is complex and highly regulated, so you will need to develop deep expertise in PCI compliance, fraud prevention, and payment processing. You will be a key player in defining the product roadmap and communicating progress to stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to build products that handle millions of transactions.

Requirements

3+ years as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a SaaS or fintech environment. Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) preferred. Deep understanding of agile ceremonies and artifacts. Experience with payment systems, banking, or financial services. Strong technical acumen and ability to communicate with engineers. Bachelor's degree required. Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing. Data-driven decision making skills.
