We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a major business and technology transformation programme. You will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, technical teams and third-party suppliers to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.

The successful candidate will have strong experience across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), business process improvement, requirements management and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead requirements gathering workshops with business and technical stakeholders.

Analyse and document current-state and future-state business processes.

Produce business requirements, functional requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.

Create process maps, workflow diagrams and data-flow documentation.

Identify gaps, risks, dependencies and opportunities for process improvement.

Work closely with Product Owners, Project Managers, developers, architects and QA teams.

Support solution design and ensure proposed solutions meet business requirements.

Manage requirements throughout the full SDLC.

Support backlog refinement, sprint planning and Agile ceremonies.

Facilitate stakeholder workshops and requirements validation sessions.

Support system integration, data migration and transformation activities.

Assist with UAT planning, test scenarios, defect management and business sign-off.

Maintain requirements traceability and ensure changes are appropriately documented.

Produce clear documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Essential Skills & Experience

5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst.

Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management experience.

Experience working on technology or digital transformation programmes.

Strong understanding of SDLC.

Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery.

Experience producing user stories and acceptance criteria.

Business process mapping and process improvement experience.

Experience with Microsoft Azure or Azure DevOps.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable Experience

Salesforce implementation or transformation experience.

CRM or ERP transformation.

Legacy system migration.

Data migration and system integration.

Financial services or insurance experience.

Experience working with distributed or offshore development teams.
