Summary: Technical Process & Systems Business Analyst for a hybrid London FTC, focused on bridging operational processes with underlying software architecture. The role involves active end-to-end systems mapping, process redesign, and evaluating where AI, automation, or simpler process changes add value.

Responsibilities: Document current-state operational workflows across business units, mapping business activities to application architectures, data flows, and system integrations. Identify bottlenecks, manual workarounds, and data gaps to design streamlined to-be processes. Evaluate AI and automation use cases using a structured feasibility framework to assess ROI, risk, and technical suitability. Translate business challenges into technical requirements, process flows, and system specifications for engineering and platform delivery teams.

Essential skills: Strong track record as a Technical Systems Analyst, Process BA, or Target Operating Model BA in complex enterprise environments. Expertise in process architecture, end-to-end workflow mapping, and linking business operations to IT infrastructure. Commercial discipline and systems thinking to evaluate technology pragmatically. Gravitas, tenacity, and excellent communication skills to engage operational business units, build credibility, and challenge existing ways of working.

Desirable skills: Experience assessing AI and automation opportunities pragmatically. Experience working in complex enterprise environments.

Working arrangement: Hybrid; onsite in Central London 3 days a week. Fixed-term contract.
