Meridian Corp is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our business operations and technology teams. You will analyze manufacturing processes, identify optimization opportunities, and translate technical requirements into actionable specifications. Your work will directly impact production efficiency, quality control, and supply chain operations. You will conduct process mapping workshops, document current-state and future-state workflows, and support ERP system implementations. This role requires someone who understands both business strategy and technology architecture. You will work with data from IoT sensors, MES systems, and enterprise databases to generate insights. The manufacturing environment is undergoing digital transformation, and you will be at the forefront of this change. You will collaborate with plant managers, engineers, and IT professionals across multiple locations. This is a high-impact role with clear career progression into operations leadership or enterprise architecture.

Requirements

4+ years of business analysis experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial operations. Strong technical skills including SQL, Python, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar). Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or IT. Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma). Knowledge of data modeling and system integration. Excellent documentation and communication skills. PMP or CBAP certification is a plus.
