Catalyst Group is seeking an experienced Agile Coach to guide multiple product teams through agile transformation. This is a 6-month contract engagement with a high-growth tech company. You will assess current practices, identify improvement opportunities, and deliver tailored coaching to teams, Scrum Masters, and leadership. Your coaching approach balances standard frameworks with pragmatic solutions that fit the organization's culture. You will facilitate workshops on story writing, estimation, retrospectives, and continuous improvement. You will also work with leadership to remove systemic impediments and foster an agile mindset at the organizational level. This role requires deep expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles, combined with exceptional interpersonal and change management skills. You should be comfortable working with both co-located and distributed teams. The contract offers a high hourly rate and the opportunity to make a significant impact on organizational agility.

Requirements

5+ years of agile coaching experience. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) or equivalent. Experience with large-scale agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale). Proven track record of successful agile transformations. Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills. Experience with agile tooling (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar). Bachelor's degree preferred. Consulting experience is a plus.
