Horizon Labs is seeking a Data Product Manager to lead our analytics platform product. You will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for products that turn raw data into actionable insights for enterprise clients. This role sits at the intersection of data science, engineering, and business strategy. You will work with data scientists to understand model capabilities, with engineers to build scalable infrastructure, and with sales to understand market needs. Your responsibilities include defining product requirements for data pipelines, visualization tools, and ML-powered features. You will manage the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, including beta programs, customer feedback loops, and iteration. The role requires deep understanding of data architecture, cloud infrastructure, and analytics workflows. You will also be responsible for data governance, privacy compliance, and security considerations. This is a strategic role that directly impacts the company's revenue and competitive positioning.

Requirements

5+ years of product management experience in data, analytics, or AI/ML products. Strong technical background with understanding of data pipelines, cloud platforms, and analytics tools. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; Master's preferred. Experience with SQL, Python, and data visualization tools. Knowledge of data governance, privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and security best practices. Experience with enterprise B2B sales cycles. Strong communication and presentation skills.
