These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Corelink Hire platform, website, and related services (“Platform”). By accessing or using Corelink Hire, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.


1. About Us

Corelink Hire (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-registered business operating an online recruitment technology platform that enables employers to assess candidates through structured pre-recorded video responses.

We act solely as a technology provider and intermediary platform. We are not a recruitment agency unless explicitly stated.


2. Definitions

  • Employer – Any business, recruiter, or organisation using the Platform to post roles or review candidates.

  • Candidate – Any individual who submits an application or video response via the Platform.

  • Content – All information, videos, text, images, CVs, and materials uploaded to the Platform.

  • Services – Access to video screening tools, job posting functionality, candidate dashboards, analytics, and related features.


3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

Employers must have legal authority to recruit and advertise roles in their relevant jurisdiction.

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is accurate

  • You will comply with all applicable employment and data protection laws

  • You will not use the Platform for unlawful or discriminatory purposes


4. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

  • Keep login details secure

  • Not share account access

  • Notify us immediately of unauthorised access

  • Provide accurate and current information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.


5. Employer Terms

5.1 Job Postings

Employers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Job descriptions are accurate and lawful

  • Roles comply with employment legislation

  • No discriminatory language is used

We reserve the right to remove any job posting without notice if it breaches applicable law or these Terms.

5.2 Hiring Decisions

Corelink Hire:

  • Does not guarantee candidate suitability

  • Does not verify all credentials unless expressly stated

  • Is not responsible for hiring outcomes

All employment decisions remain solely the responsibility of the Employer.

5.3 Payments

Where applicable:

  • Fees must be paid in advance unless agreed otherwise

  • All payments are non-refundable unless stated

  • Pricing plans are subject to change with notice

Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.


6. Candidate Terms

6.1 Content Submission

By submitting video responses or CVs, you:

  • Confirm the information is truthful

  • Grant Corelink Hire a non-exclusive licence to store and display your content to relevant Employers

  • Agree that Employers may view and assess your submission

6.2 Conduct

Candidates must not:

  • Upload offensive, discriminatory, or unlawful content

  • Impersonate another person

  • Submit false qualifications

We may remove content or suspend accounts for violations.


7. Video & Content Rights

All Content uploaded remains the intellectual property of the user.

However, by uploading content, you grant Corelink Hire the right to:

  • Host and display the content

  • Process it for platform functionality

  • Use anonymised data for analytics and service improvement

We do not sell personal data.


8. Data Protection & Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with:

  • UK GDPR

  • Data Protection Act 2018

  • Applicable international data laws where relevant

Employers are independent data controllers when accessing candidate data.


9. Prohibited Use

Users must not:

  • Attempt to hack or disrupt the Platform

  • Copy, scrape, or extract data without permission

  • Use automated bots without written consent

  • Reverse engineer platform technology

Breach may result in immediate termination and legal action.


10. Platform Availability

We aim to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee:

  • Continuous availability

  • Error-free operation

  • Compatibility with all devices

We may suspend services temporarily for maintenance or upgrades.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Corelink Hire shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Loss of profit or business opportunity

  • Hiring decisions made by Employers

  • Accuracy of user-submitted content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the Employer in the preceding 3 months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.


12. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify and hold Corelink Hire harmless from any claims arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Violation of employment laws

  • Misuse of the Platform

  • False information submitted


13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

  • Terms are breached

  • Fees are unpaid

  • Unlawful activity is detected

Users may delete their account at any time.

Termination does not affect accrued rights.


14. Intellectual Property

All branding, logos, platform design, and software belong to Corelink Hire.

Users may not:

  • Reproduce branding without permission

  • Use the Corelink Hire name for marketing without consent


15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance.


16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

17. Refund Policy

All payments made to Corelink Hire are non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Due to the nature of digital services and immediate access to platform features (including job listings, candidate video access, and employer dashboards), fees are charged for access and availability of the service rather than hiring outcomes. Once a job listing is published or access to candidate content is granted, the service is deemed delivered.

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Failure to hire a candidate

  • Low application volume

  • Early removal of a job posting

  • Account suspension due to breach of Terms

  • Partial use of a subscription or package

Refunds may only be considered where:

  • A duplicate payment has been made

  • A technical error caused a failure to deliver the purchased service

  • Required by applicable consumer protection law

Any approved refund will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Corelink Hire reserves the right to assess refund requests at its sole discretion.
